Billing, Refund, and Returns Policy

Products are billed at time of order. For downloadable products, they are available instantly. Custom products will be emailed to you within 24 business hours.

For digital products (both downloadable and custom), our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If you are dissatisfied with one of our digital products, email [email protected] within 15 days stating your reason for requesting a refund and providing the date of purchase, name that it was purchased under, and the emails that was provided at the time of purchase. Your purchase price will be refunded, or if both parties agree another product will be sent as a replacement.

Non-returnable items:

  • Consultations will be handled per the consultation agreement in place.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be processed on our end within the next two business days. Depending upon your payment method, it may take them several more days to show your credit.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
